La Bise is an artisanal ice cream shop in Lausanne for which my team and I had to address a core challenge: "How to retain customers after a first year of operations with low revenue?".

Description
This project was brought to us during a course of media content production where CEO of La Bise explained how they had faced a struggle with their second year of exploitation of the gelateria. For the following two months we had to brainstorm, develop, create and deploy a strategy to increase the flow of customers and help retain them.
My team and I created an editorial chart to help create a unique vision for the business and maintain a coherence in the communication. The editorial chart contained the following topics: the communication approach, the tone of voice, best practices and common mistakes to avoid.
My role
As part of this comprehensive redesign, I personally focused on designing a series of promotional posters and creating their real-world mockups.
To highlight the brand's signature vintage charm, I curated and stylized black-and-white archival photos, adding targeted pops of color on the ice cream cones. Paired with bold typography and nostalgic taglines tailored to different audiences (families, young adults), the posters deliver a striking visual identity while directly addressing the shop's strategic business goals.
